This error message, "The following system error occurred. No mapping between account names and security IDs was done.", occurs when a User ID in a security role is no longer valid.
To correct this:
1. Click the Security Roles page
2. Click the Validate All Users action
3. A message will return with the invalid user ID(s) and roles the user belongs to
4. Remove the user ID(s) from the roles, save and check each role in
5. (Optional) Remove or deactivate the user on the Users tab
6. Deploy the application
