1. First, define sorting for the data that you want to rank. For more information, see FAQ How do I sort results in a report/input schedule?
2. Once the data is sorted, open the Report Editor.
3. On the Body tab, select the row or column of data that you want to rank. For example, if you want to rank Product data, select the row (or column) that contains Products.
4. In the first Rank Options field, type a number that defines the ranking priority. For example, if you want to see the top 5 selling Products, type 5 in the Rank field.
5. In the second Rank Options field, select how the data should be ranked. This value is dependent on how the data is sorted. For example, if Products is sorted in Descending order and you want to see the top 5 selling Products, select First Count (or First Percent). If Products is sorted in Ascending order and you want to see the top 5 selling Products, select Last Count (or Last Percent).
6. Click OK to close the Report Editor and view the results.
